Every Helm & Stag watch is supplied with a 24-month Helm & Stag warranty.

What the warranty is intended to cover

The warranty is intended to cover manufacturing or assembly faults arising during normal use. It does not replace or limit your statutory rights.

Everyday care

Keep your watch clean, avoid strong impacts and magnetic fields where practical, and have the movement inspected or serviced by a competent watchmaker if timekeeping changes materially.

Water and moisture

Water resistance varies by model. Constantia and Fortitudo are built with water-resistant construction; specific depth ratings will only be stated where established by final production testing. Tabula Rasa is not sold as a water-resistant watch and should not be immersed in water.

Finish and natural variation

Scratches, marks and other signs of ordinary wear are not manufacturing defects. Where a Helm & Stag surface is individually hand-worked, natural differences are part of its character. In particular, Tabula Rasa's Slateborne™ finish is deliberately variable in texture, pattern and tone.
