Shipping & Delivery

Helm & Stag produces watches in deliberately small numbers. Each watch is individually assembled and finished in Britain rather than being treated as a mass-produced commodity.

UK delivery

Our current launch range is available for delivery within the United Kingdom.

Build and dispatch

Constantia, Fortitudo and Tabula Rasa are individually assembled and finished in Britain. Please allow approximately 14–21 working days for assembly, finishing and dispatch.

If we expect a material delay, we will contact you. Unless a longer period has been expressly agreed, we will deliver your goods within 30 days of the contract being concluded.

Complimentary insured UK delivery

UK delivery is complimentary. We use a tracked, signed-for and appropriately insured delivery service suitable for the value of the watch. Tracking details will be provided after dispatch where available.

Your presentation box will be packed inside discreet outer packaging for transit.

Risk in transit

Responsibility for the goods remains with Helm & Stag until you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, takes physical possession of them.

Delivery problems

If an order appears lost, arrives damaged or is materially delayed, please contact us through the Contact page with your order number so that we can investigate with the carrier.
